 Newly renovated to include full kitchen! One bedroom studio with King bed close to 30A but without all of the traffic. Living room has a new queen pullout sofa. Prepare your own meals with a full stove and oven. Enjoy drinks on the covered patio overlooking the lake. Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up after. $100 pet fee will be applied. Additional cleaning fees for any furniture or linens that need additional launder due to hair removal. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be crated when left unattended

 You will fall in love with the coastal character of this community. Best kept “seacret” of 30a. Stroll the streets of this gated community, take a yoga class by the lake, attend church services, grab a bite to eat, workout at the gym or shop the shipwreck store. All located right off of 98. Next to Rosemary beach within minutes of 30A. 

 We have access to beach loungers directly on the beach with an umbrella for $40 per day at owner discount. Just let us know what days you would like to use them so we can reserve. Beach towels are not provided. 

 Entire condo and community amenities. 4 pools onsite (1 heated), hot tub, playground, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, and 8 beach access points. Amenities are run by the association and repairs/closings are out of the condo owner control. Laundry facilities (4th floor) are privately owned and could be unavailable during your stay. Total Laundry Service is also about 7 miles away 

 Everything you need in one place. Publix, CVS and Aldi are across the street. Donut hole, Waffle House, Dunkin Donuts, and coffee shops are all within 1.5 miles.
